Cleaning fee of $125 will be added as an extra line item per stay.  

If you are staying longer than a week and would like to have fresh linens and your sheets changed, there is an option at booking to add this to your stay. 

State of Florida and Sarasota Co tax is a total of 12% per stay

We do not allow pets of any kind at this time due to future guests allergies to certain animals  

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Rates are per night. No charge for parking. Cleaning fee and Florida tax and Sarasota Co. tax will show as an extra line item.
