Perfect Getaway!
The cottage was recently remodeled. Perfect for a couples retreat or celebrating an anniversary. The location of the cottage can not be beat. It sits across the street from beach access 7 and is just a short walk to the village. Dave was an amazing host. He went out of his way to make sure I had the best experience possible. I will definitely be staying here again! Thanks again Dave!

Perfection!
Clean, lovely, perfect! Loads of bath towels and beach towels. Cooler, chairs and umbrella for the beach. Easy short walk to a beautiful beach. Parking outside our door specifically for our cottage. Owner was great and answered my one question immediately. We walked to the village repeatedly. Outdoor shower and great AC. We loved it!! Not one thing I would change.
Great Beach Cottage!
Great beach cottage in Siesta Key. Located across the street from the top rated Siesta Key Beach and a short walk to Siesta Village means you don’t need to worry about parking while enjoying your stay. The cottage is immaculately clean and tastefully decorated with modern finishes. The private courtyard is nice to enjoy morning coffee and hot donuts from the donut shop a short walk away. The owners are excellent hosts. We’ve stayed at this host’s properties three times and have already booked a return stay later this year. We highly recommend this property.

This little house was the perfect place for my husband and I. It was perfect walking distance from what ever we wanted to do...go to the beach, dinner, bar hopping... We were able to relax and enjoy our time. We would definitely stay here again. :)

Unforgettable Vacation
This property couldn’t be more perfect! It has everything you could need including beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella. The location is great; walking distance to the beach and the village. Excellent communication when any questions came up. We will absolutely be coming back here to stay at Dave’s place!
